Roach Hardiness
Roaches are among the oldest species alive. They are estimated to be over 300 million years old. They have evolved to be great survivors. They can go a long time without food and water and survive on very small amounts of food and water. Their body can adjust to the environment to make them live longer. In fact, they can even live for a few days without their head and the only reason they die is that they need food and water.
