The tools required are simply a spatula or caulk gun. Baits, like paint, need a little stirring before application. Stir until the consistency is similar to off white toothpaste. Then apply to infested areas.

It is not available in stores. Most stores carry a boric acid powder, fumigants, or traps which are not as effective.
